Methods

Psycho-spiritual – traditional individual psychotherapy, depth work (i.e. exploring dreams and symbolic images that assist with self awareness), shadow work (becoming aware of the dark side of one’s self and learning ways to integrate for greater wholeness and emotional/spiritual balance), integrating spirituality with psychology, ecopsychology (becoming aware of the reciprocal relationship between ourselves and our natural world).
Therapy sessions are a 50 minute hour at $125

Relationship Counseling – My theoretical training is in system theories. A systems focus simply means a focus on relationship, the interconnections in one's life.  When doing this work the relationship(s) become the client(s).  Though individual personalities and issues contribute to relationships they are components of a larger reality.  Each participant creates the relational dynamic by adding their own thoughts, beliefs, expectations, and experience. From this perspective you are then empowered to make the changes you seek to cultivate more harmonious relationships with family, friends, intimates, co-workers, and self.
Relationship Counseling is offered in a 50minute hour at $125

Hypnotherapy – stress relief, transpersonal hypnotherapy, past-life regressions, future-life progression, confidence building, and enhancing self-esteem. 
Hypnotherapy sessions available for $125/hour and each additional 30 minutes at $65.  

Energy Re-balancing– Intuitive process of assessing the energy systems of the body and working to create a balanced flow.  During these sessions I may receive intuitive information that is shared with you and may include suggestions for adjustments to your behaviors, beliefs, and strategies for maintaining the energetic changes begun in session.  For more information about this method check out "What is Energy Work?" and "Receiving Energy Work".

I also offer energy work for spaces that may include: house clearings, home blessings, business blessings…I’ll work with you about your intention for a space and create ritual for your individualized intention.
Energy work sessions are available for $65/half hour and $125/hour.

Consciousness practices –

We talk to ourselves incessantly about our world. In fact we maintain our world with our internal talk. And whenever we finish talking to ourselves about ourselves and our world, the world is always as it should be. We renew it, we rekindle it with life, we uphold it with our internal talk. Not only that, but we also choose our paths as we talk to ourselves. Thus we repeat the same choices over and over until the day we die, because we keep on repeating the same internal talk over and over until the day we die. A warrior is aware of this and strives to stop his internal talk. ~Castenada 

Our well-being is greatly enhanced by consciousness practices that enable us to expand our perception of ourselves, our life, and our environment.  These practices include meditation, ecopsychology (article), shamanic journey work, and a hybrid of hypnosis and shamanic journey work where I use both systems to help you learn how to journey for yourself and gain access to the treasures of unconscious and transpersonal realms.
Consciousness practices are billed at an hourly rate of $125.
