Welcome to your intuitive counseling experience with Theresa Carmody. If you find that you are unsure what service may best fit your needs please contact me and ask for a free initial consultation. This is a 20 minute session either by phone or in person for us to discuss your concerns, what changes we can envision, and what services may be most effective for your desired outcome. Confidentiality in all services is assured.

Counseling is a practice of facilitating healing and growth. Therefore, it is my intention to create a space of freedom, creativity, and respect. I enjoy working with those who appreciate support, alternate perspectives, and are willing to make changes for the outcome they envision. I have extensive history working with those who have experienced trauma, depression, and anxiety. I work with individuals and couples in various stages of development. Diversity is valued; I welcome those who have different world views than my own. I also offer referrals to other qualified therapists should my style not be a good match for your needs.
